No, not a man or a woman or anything like that. Just a situation, a gesture from a friend, a new puppy, the smile of a stranger, some praise from a colleague. What has gotten hold of your heart recently.

I heard from a friend that I was at University with and really made me smile catching up on some great care free times we had back then. We had lost touch and not spoken for over 20 years.

Someone bought me an easter egg because they thought nobody else would get me one. And they were right, I wasn't particularly bothered about getting one but really appreciated the gesture.

Anytime I go a wee break somewhere , I send a cheeky postcard to my best mate, who emigrated to Canada with his partner, now wife, about six years ago.

I was in Liverpool recently and sent him a message saying there'd be a postcard arriving soon.

He's in Florence with his wife and replied saying they're sending me one from Florence
