For me personally. Got to be 80s or 90s. But then again, all depends on our tastes doesn't it.

70s, 80s and 90s were all amazing. But going to go for 90s more out of nostalgia because my teenage years were then. And 1991 and 1997 specifically were my favourite years.

70s, easily.

I don't think any other decade has such an incredible mix. Was the start of rap/hip hop, electronic dance music, hard rock, reggae, the ska revival, Europop, punk (which led to grunge) - pretty much every thing we listen to now in popular music has its roots in the 70s.

Also the great 60s artists like Dylan, Neil Young, The Stones, The Who and the Beatles as solo artists were still making some of their best work in the 70s.

Also the country/rock hybrid which is everywhere today (hi Taylor !) really took off in the 70s.

Probably the 70's. Good soul and jazz coming from America. Rock and the birth of punk in the UK. All part of my eclectic choice in music.

It all started in the 60s and there was such an explosion of creativity it still seems slightly unreal to this day.

I have a lot more respect for the 70s now than I did at the time, which was when I was growing up and sure the charts were filled with an awful lot of crap (but they always have been), but the experimental spirit of the 60s came to fruition in the 70s.

Virtually all of my favourite music's from those two decades although I have individual loves from the 80s onwards.

90’s for me as this was when I was in the clubs and pubs constantly

80’s was a bit to soppy New Romantic for me personally but did have a few good memorable songs

Not really into the 70’s as was all slightly drouny for me and the 60’s was a bit too twist and shout if you know what I mean

The 00’s all went a bit boy girl band mental then the 10’s seemed to be 1 hit wonders never to be heard from again

Then the 20’s is all a bit edd shearon and Taylor swift

I think every era has some catchy tunes
