I listen to him everyday on the way to work with the easiest quiz - I think if it’s a personal matter and nothing to do with work and it’s nothing illegal by law, then he shouldn’t be sacked. But they will not say what his done but what ever it was, must be pretty significant because his been sacked with immediate effect. I just honestly cannot see him doing anything or saying anything so bad - looks like we never actually know anyone in this world. 🌎 " Many contracts - especially for those individuals in public or high profile roles will have a clause that gives the employer the right to terminate if the employee does something that would bring the employer into disrepute, even if that's by association. Whether that's right or not, is down to opinion, but it's why most 'celebs' who do potentially unpalatable things get sacked. | |||

Disclosure of such an event might be a factor, yes he wasn't charged and remains an innocent man in relation to that but if he didnt disclose it given the nature of his job etc which might be a part of the contrasts such people have and if theres a 'would you like to comment' request from a tabloid pending a story etc then and especially given the mess over Edwards then they are in a position of damned by some if we do but slaughtered by many more if we dont.. | |||
