That's pretty shit. I don't know your situation, but hopefully this is just a bit of self doubt.

But those kinds of feelings (I think) need dealing with, which can also be pretty hard, as you can enter the situation with lesser confidence x

But that feeling can also make things a little untenable, but still completely resolanble.

We all go through that and often for not a very specific reason. For me, distraction and a long walk has the best effect. I don't find talking that kind of stuff with others easy so getting on with something or taking a very long walk or even a drive somewhere does the trick most of the time. Being distracted on here helps too. Be kind to yourself.

I’m still tired and jetlagged. Packing for almost a whole week away so two suitcases.
