Neither, I hate anything pickled. Though when having consumed a lot of alcohol once, a group added an egg to a mixed cocktail I imbibed, before throwing up

I like both, but especially if they are home made. Probably pickled onions nudge into the lead, but my own curried pickled eggs are pretty amazing.

But better than both are pickled Brussel sprouts, or kimchi sprouts.

Went in a cafe and on the counter they had huge bowls of sliced onions in vinegar and other pickling items.

You just scooped them out, put them on your sandwich and moved along to their home made coleslaw etc

Absolutely delicious.

I thought this might be crisp related.

It's not, but it got me wondering what colour bag Walkers would give their new Pickled Egg flavour crisps.

I used to buy a bag of salt and vinegar, with a pickled egg in at the pub.

They could produce a special range with an egg already in there, inside a little bag like the blue salt packet.

Pickled onions. True fact, I grew the heaviest onion at my allotment back in 2023, 3lb 9oz. Too big to pickle, but made a glorious French onion soup out of it.

Oh yes you can. Try Pakistani pickle, there's several types.

Pickled garlic and pickled lime achaar are awesome, unfortunately not healthy but delicious.

I will never forget the first and last time I tried a pickled egg. It turns out that whilst I really like boiled eggs - especially in the form of a Scotch egg or a nargis kebab - I really don't like boiled eggs that taste strongly of vinegar.

I'm not a huge fan of pickled onions either. The only things I really like pickled are gherkins, chillies or my liver.
