What should one do (and not do) to achieve this? 🤔

who knows, but it's not raining x

Don't act old because then you'll feel old. There's probably a more eloquent way to put it but the gist is there x

Have lots of sex with hot people

I see photos of myself from 10-15 years ago and I look much older then! Not much sex happening then hahaha

I'm very lazy and can't be bothered to make more effort than using a good sunscreen.

Maybe telling people you're 15-20 years older than you really are will get you "fine wine" brownie points? It might be best to relocate first so nobody from your earlier life can blow your cover.

Eat well, sleep well. Cut out the stress and bad, enhance the good. And yes, preferably lots of sex and exercise, endorphins and all that.

Try and get enough sleep, and laugh - a lot! I sometimes feel quite unfeminine because I don't do all the pampering shit. The most I've done is applied moisturiser at bedtime if my skin felt like it needed it. I feel better at 50 than I did was I was 40.

Remember not all wine ages well. Some is better enjoyed young.

Not everyone likes wine.

“Fine” to someone is overpriced vinegar to another.

Be honest about it. Celebrate it. Then make sure you take at least ten years off when you post a profile to fab.

Apologies if this has already been said but be positive

In what you say and what you do. If negative people are around you ignore them, they will bring you down

Be the person others want in their company

Age disgracefully.

More and more people my age are getting old...

I dont know how to act my age, I've never been this old before.

Growing old is compulsory, Growing up is optional

Stop worrying what others think of you and just live your best life. That will reflect in your appearance and give you an ethereal glow.

Drink lots of water

Exercise

Laugh a lot

Positive attitude, I swear to god negativity gives you wrinkles

Try to look at life through the eyes of a child....Jump in the puddle, kick through leaves, watch the sky, listen to the trees and enjoy the simple things in life. Never ever stop using your imagination

Grow old disgracefully.

Embrace a midlife crisis and the occasional wild decisions.

And while celebrating birthdays is fun, you are allowed to be 39 still for at least 10 years
