"Small steps. Don't try to do everything at once.....Think about what you want to acheive? Is it to lose weight? Is it to become fitter? When you've decided then work out an exercise plan that is short, achievable and sustainable. Look at joining a class, it's a great motivator and a great way to meet people....and an instructor on hand to give advice Modify your mindset.....make working out part of your routine. When you have embedded a routine and you are seeing results then you will want to continue....thats when you may look into giving up smoking, or cutting down at least Good luck and keep us posted" I wanna lose a little weight and then tone up maybe build a bit of muscle and the maintain that.
