Had ribeye cooked with mushrooms in a birdseye chilli, garlic, ginger and oyster sauce with a pesto made from green finger chilli, coriander, Thai basil and cashews. Jasmine rice cooked in bone broth with kafir lime leaf and lemongrass.

Made my mouth very happy.

I also made N'duja spiced Welsh rarebit for lunch.

I was in two minds what to have today, Roast Beast heart or stewed neck of mutton, but there was a lovely breast of lamb in the butchers window, so I settled on that, stuffed and roasted it and made some chips to go with it. (cooked in beef dripping by the way)
