They truly are incredibly rare outliers. I've seen and had sex with a lot of cocks and those who are above 8.5 are especially rare.
It's also reasonable to expect that as length increases, there's a commensurate increase in thickness, so it's not a threadlike dick, which could bring added deep throat difficulties, due to the swallowers physical limitations
