5 and 9 combined are too powerful - you basically have the powers of Lex Luthor but can use it for good. 3 means you don't need to build an ultraman!

With 5 and 9, you can accomplish 1 and 4

2 is the weakest choice.

6, 7, 8 are best left to reality.
