I say Scone, like bone.

But I believe the correct way is the northern way, which is like gone, it's an old baked thing, that came from up north somewhere.

I verified it with quick search, and it was referred to as Sgone.

BUT, I will still say it like bone, because, there's is always room for improvement, and this pronunciation sounds better.
