What sport do you do?

Leeds

I typed in ‘sport’ and ‘outdoor’ into forum search and you can only imagine what appeared!

20 years ago I gave drinking up (still have occasional ones) for sport.

I love various types of cycling, swimming and a little running and hiking. I do frequent the gym and love a nice health club for a good resistance session and some lazy time in the spa, sauna and steam.

What’s your best sport and what other things do you like to do?

Im quite active and fill my time up with various sporting activities. Some people drink for a hobby but thats not for me.

Im a submission grappler so my routine consists of roughly 3 sessions of BJJ/Wrestling per week. Trail running once per week and gym sessions fitted around all of that. Wouldnt have it any other way. Health is wealth and all that and theres nothing better than getting a good sweat on for the mind, body and soul.

I stopped playing football and squash a few years ago and mostly just keep to regular lifting routine in the gym.

Thinking about starting boxing as I have more free time these days.

Sex aside, walking is my main exercise. Love a good hike, wild swim and when I can kayak. Given that wall Pilates app a try too which is good but I’m wanting to get into weights 🍭

Do it, hardest training ever, but you'll be as fit as a flea. No chance I could do it now though, it's too much lol

Exercise in the gym but no real sport. If I want to shake things up I'll so something vaguely sporty in there like the rowing machine or hit the punch bag.

I've tried my hand at most sports and suprised myself. Football, Cricket, Golf, Hockey, Water Polo (yes really I was decent!), Athletics (middle distance), High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump, Badmington, Table Tennis. Last 2 I excelled at. All this despite my tall, slim frame. Hand/Eye coordination goes a long way!

Running - mainly off road and hills, including racing.

Play Badminton and do Pilates. Something everyday.

In my youth, played football, cricket.

Love exercise and sports.

Sadly, if sex was a sport I would be dreadfully unfit, due to inactivity 😂
