As a manager you don't go to your boss and tell him everything is broken and needs fixing, it's your job to get shit to working conditions. | |||

"The two "pub launchers",kitchen equipment £40k, furniture £40k, three umbrellas £40k (but they come with lights).Then the guy doing the decking says I underestimated it was £20k but is now about double, £40k. That has to be scripted for shock effect." Apart from the ridiculous umbrellas I would say other prices are normal considering the timeframe he wanted everything to be done in. | |||

" the "pub managers" job was to get the place up and running. they were not there to manage the pub once it was up and running. the whole point of them was to get the it set up. then they left | |||
