Hell yes! I work with toddlers so very much in the advocacy camp of self expression to promote individuality. I have a few little girls who are all the sass, all the confidence, who are challenging and when the parents complain I say 'direct it, don't squash it, she'll need that DGAF attitude more than ever as she gets older "Yeah great, let's teach kid's to not respect anyone else and do whatever they want.
