Yes! I was in a dark place last year, after a longterm illness… but after a few meets on here, and some club visits, I’m mentally back to 100% as well a physically… and the people I have met through here have been absolutely amazing! So glad I kept my profile

I've met people through fab that I call friends and I've been to numerous socials but I definitely wouldn't say there is a community.

Lots of drama, one-upmanship and gossip so maybe I'm just looking at it from the wrong angle and that's what passes as community spirit these days.

Thanks matey - literally only got back in shape around Feb / March, and started meeting again soon after… before that, even though mentally I was feeling good, I still physically didn’t have the energy to meet for a while, and it even in November / December, I was struggling to go the the gym more than twice a week - so I appreciate the compliments I’ve been getting on my recent pics, cause it’s been Blood Hard getting back to where I was this time last year, but I’m getting there now
