Just a portion of chips, peas and gravy.

Got to have the peas on before the gravy or it’s just wrong, that’s chips gravy and peas, not what I asked for.

When I was made unemployed several times over a two year period, then after a short contract, was unemployed for over six months, I was absolutely broke. I did everything I could to replicate Kentucky Fried Chicken. It occupied my brain and kept me interested in eating, as I was in danger of not being bothered. It felt like a real foody treat.
