Yes. Didn't start at a new year or anything. I just realised I was chasing endorphins and fucking for the sake of it rather than dealing with things that needed dealing with. So I decided to take some time re-getting to know me and remembering all the other things that bring me joy 💜

There’s a point where I became indifferent to it. I stopped thinking about sex. I did occasionally miss the intimacy of being with someone.

Although I wouldn’t want to repeat it again I had a lot of personal growth from my years of celibacy. I came out of it a much stronger person. So there was a silver lining to it all.
