I don't use Tiktok, but I've come across some brilliant creators who primarily upload their work to Tiktok.

Love it. Where else am I going to find people willing to lay down their lives for a jacket potato, a compilation of funny cat videos, an unhinged take on a normal interaction from someone I assume never goes outside PLUS a new recipe all within 2 mins

I guess it’s just another cog in the escapist social media machine. Tictok, face book, twitter, snap chat, fab, the list goes on with platforms I’ve never heard of, you pays your money and takes your choice, so to speak.

All these platforms CAN be beneficial, people use them to promote their businesses etc but I feel for many they can be just very toxic.

Speak as I find, it's just a bit of a laugh that passes time ...until the algorithms pick up on something that you watched once and you can end up down a rabbit hole ...went through a rough separation last year and tictok gave me nothing but clips with quotes about losing a love and narcissistic women for weeks. It's back to music and humour now thank god
