I just made my occupational health appt. My manager provided incorrect info about me and I couldn't get through security. They told me to contact my line manager for the details they had provided. I politely informed them that I am off work for stress related reasons and doing this doesn't work for me. So after a few questions my record was amended and I now have an appointment for Monday. Yippee

I would rather be watching the crashing waves, although am sat by a fire with my dog.

But I can't be bothered, motivation is low and I'm unwell but I know I'll end up keep putting it off again and again.

The last time they sent me to occ health, the building wasn't wheelchair accessible and when I was finally dragged inside, found my appointment to be on the top floor, with no lift. You couldn't make it up.

I hope the second appointment goes more smoothly

I run 25 miles a week, walk 20 miles a week, go to the gym and have a PT. Yes I do get plenty of doses of exercise and fresh air, the outdoors is where I would always choose to be.

Today, I've resigned from a job.

Well. I'm no longer in hospital, which is a bonus. I AM still dealing with considerable pain but only needing high strength codeine and not morphine right now, and my mental health is fragile at best but yes, I do, at least temporarily, feel moderately human, Lemony

We're here for 2wks, starting from the Friday just gone. We spent most of today on the beach and now heading for bed.

Moderately yes. Small things dent my joie-de-vive but I'm trying to be positive. I really don't want to go home tomorrow, I feel so much happier in the sun ☀️
