Lycra crop top, Lycra shorts, bum cleavage shorts, sports bra and lipstick.

I’m not one of those gym bunnies tho. I get talked about anyway at the gym - so why not give them something to talk about and liven up their lives.

In September I was over 1 day 8 hours in total.

2km walk/run, 2km row, 1 km cycle or cross trainer. In between do the equipment, Salish routine. .

Old running race completion tops and a mix of footy shirts generally. Think I;ve grown out of having a full on gym shark outfit for a workout.

Lycra or compression leggings with a kind of loose fit T-shirt. The type of trainers depend on my planned workout, either Nike Metcon (gym workout) or Asics (running).

After 30+ years of working out, I really couldn't give a shit how I look to other people in there - it's a means to an end.

You have guessed wrong. At 64 the benefits of resistance training and generally working out will be massive to you. You will feel amazing!
