Yeah unfortunately it’s the same here absolutely shocking suffering with PTSD anxiety depression myself you need to chat inbox is always open. I can give some good advice but I never take my own advice.

Near impossible unless you can get on the list for NHS crisis team then you can get access to services like home visits , multi day retreats , private psych appointments
