Just smashed, sticky chicken with chilli jam to start followed by Pork tomahawk chop on crushed new potatoes with green beans and apple sauce…..just waiting for my profiteroles.

Then it’s back to the hotel for wank, steam room, wank, bit of telly, wank….sleep !

I have some fresh tuna steak marinading in a mix of soy, mirin and a little ghost chilli, which i will sear for 15-20 seconds. I've made some harissa spiced courgette fritters, and I'm going to make some hibiscus spiced jasmine rice and a salad with charred peppers.

Spatchcocked chicken with a Chinese rub, runner beans from the garden and carrots. Mashed potato for Mr N and cauliflower rice for me.
