Not that, no, though I have started waking up almost every morning with a dead arm. Think I might have a trapped nerve or something. (what we're not going to do now is accidentally hit the delete link the second the comment posts, like last time)

*Hands up*. Actually, it's my hands mainly, with the Raynauds. Like right now, in fucking August

My frozen foot is just plain and simple nerve damage

My feet are all year round. I end up doing some yoga inspired stuff in bed to stop my feet hurting at night. Up against my legs, where the blood flows

My daughter suffers with Raynauds in her hands. In the winter her hands look painful and dead.

An old friend of mine had this his fingers and toes were literally blue and like ice.

Qigong is meant to be really good for the extremities.

Mine is really bad at the moment, in August. Heaven knows what it'll be like in the winter

Yes, I suffer with it in my hands and feet. When we had that horrible cold wet weather last month I had a horrible attack. In July fgs.

I will say, mine is much improved since I started open water swimming (all year around. With appropriate boots and gloves in winter)
