I realise that it’s generally a turn of phrase but when people put this on their profiles do they imagine that there is going to be a queue? Is there actually a queue for some people?

Have you ever seen those CCTV videos of fights breaking out on the first day of the sales? Elbows in faces, women tripped up and trampled in the stampede through the doors …

It’s best to have a system. Saves people getting injured.

Once I have been seen at the front of the queue, I run to the back so that I can get seconds. Sometimes I wear a disguise so that the lady does not realise I have already been seen.

I love this pulling apart of a common turn on phrase. Stuff like this is why I never get any work done and my house is a midden. I once left a long voicenote pondering how foxgloves got their name. Cos I happened to be walking past a foxglove at the time. I’m a lost cause

In answer to the question, OP, mine stretches round the block. It’s such a bore

Sagittarius A

It's generally just a tongue-in-cheek remark, I find. A humorous way to express a little humility, by mocking oneself after setting a stream of desires or expectations.

If someone is in a position to be selective then naturally a queue of sorts can emerge. A person decides to opt for one person over another first, as that's where their interest lies, then someone else may be waiting. Of course these things are usually managed in less explicit terms, to protect people's feelings etc. Ultimately, it's only a queue if one is willing to wait in it.

In olde English they used to be called fuck gloves because of the individual flowers' resemblance to the tip of a condom and the flower spike looking like a sheathed cock. Over the years this has been modified to fucks gloves and finally fox gloves when people started to think of the children.

She always does 💯

I just need the answers to my foxglove questions 🤷‍♀️

In olde English they used to be called fuck gloves because of the individual flowers' resemblance to the tip of a condom and the flower spike looking like a sheathed cock. Over the years this has been modified to fucks gloves and finally fox gloves when people started to think of the children.

A den in the Glen

I have had to employ a big guy in a tux with an earpiece who upon receipt of the codeword "the fit redhead" will walk to her in the queue, escórt her from her position to the front and move the rope for her, holding back the dejected few at the front. I will be waiting in the VIP lounge.
