"I need a strict pt to get me off my lazy arse. I've bought a bike to start cycling to work a couple of times a week but there's always a reason I can't (genuine reasons not my usual cba reason). I want to be able to get into a certain dress in October but really struggling to find the motivation unfortunately the longer you leave it the worse it gets I got into the same position a few years ago due to events in my life but I grabbed the bull by the horns and got back out You will be glad when you eventually do it " I lost 3 stone during covid so know I can do it and also know how much better I feel when I do but just can't get there atm. I have a notification offering me a discount on gym membership and may have to jump at it now | |||

I've been keeping the jogging going but feeling a bit down as I had a stupid idea if I jogged pretty much every morning for a week and cut sweets out I might see some quick results but I haven't. Silly of me, I know. Still, I'll try to keep going." Have you measured yourself? You might find you are loosing inches. The kg will drop off soon. Get your steps in, do bodyweight exercise as well if you can | |||
