Roommate eviction

My roommate cal had been consistently ruining our on home appliances and fixtures and fittings. I feel really bad about it but the last straw was when he just fucking jumped on the washing machine and broke it. I kicked him out and got a new machine.

Turns out washing machines live longer with cal gone.
