I had bran flakes and fresh fruit for breakfast. Then a home made Bly for lunch followed by an Apple. On an hour or so I might have some celery but that’s all. Also walked about 15 miles.

Why, thank you for saying so, but i was almost a stone over weight last week, so trying to get back down again.
