Newmill

Gothel. Her blatant gaslighting of Rapunzel is just so uncomfortable to watch.

alpha centauri

The fairy god mother from Cinderella, letting Cinderella taste the experience of attending the ball wearing a fabulous dress and dancing with the prince, BUT only until midnight!!??? Then she has to walk all the way home in rags to finish the chores before her step-family who gave her a job and a roof over her head arrive home. That's cruel.

It was only pure chance the prince had a foot fetish and fell in love with Cinderella's stinking shoe that she was able to marry the prince, and live happily ever after.

Glasgow

Frollo from Hunchback of Notre Dame.

A religious nutcase who uses his devotion to God to justify his actions. Commits genocide and persecutes a particular minority, and was about to murder a disfigured baby before being stopped by a priest. He then raised the boy in complete isolation in a bell tower.

He even literally names the child "half formed"
