This is something I can relate to on a level. I've found that often pretty women have felt a need to prove their intelligence, when in reality if I didn't think they were intelligent - I wouldn't be there in the first place. Some have told me they often have to dumb themselves down with men, so they don't feel threatened by them. Others that they openly use their pretty privilege to their advantage. It's rare for me that I will feel physical attraction before I get to know someone, so to a degree how pretty they are can be arbitrary. It's not a completely distinct boundary either though. My concern isn't a lack of intelligence, it's whether they are conceited with it - that becomes rather dull. The expectation that I will agree with them. Or they will get their way with a  . All it gets from me is laughter. Maybe a: go on try that again, pull out all the stops this time. | |||
