Pronoun badge advice

Hi everyone

I’m buying a pronoun badge and a lesbian badge; not just for pride month for all year round

I don’t want to spend the money and then lose it because of the flimsy backings

So, does anyone use anything stronger for their pins? I’ve heard about rubber clasps but I’ve never tried them, are they any good? Especially on a silky fabric.

Thank you

I’ve got two pronoun badges and I’ve only bought reasonably cheap ones so that they’re easily replaceable.

One thing about me…I gotta be boujee about it (and I can’t put the nails emoji here but if I could that’s what I’d be doing)

I find the ones with more of like a “safety pin” type of attachment a lot more secure than the straight through pin ones

Nah because on here I actually feel like I text like a proper dad. No good emojis. No crazy eyes. No skulls. No gifs. It’s actually so stressful communicating

NO EXACTLY It’s why I very rarely chat with people on here because it’s bloody boring; no personality or anything…can’t even use my fave Oprah gif (the one where she’s celebrating)

I wonder if there's a lockable safety pin, one that would screw closed like a karabiner....

That would be pretty secure! I'm not sure how you'd attach it to your badge though....

You can get locking backs for pin badges but if the material is very flimsy and the pin heavy and the time out riotous, the pin might rip the fabric.
