I saw this recipie on yoytube and it's brilliant. Caramelised onions butter salt pepper egg yolk and fresh parmesan all blended up. What late night snacks are we eating?

I also had some left over mash I mixed with grated cheese and black pepper. Baked it off in the air fryer. It was pretty good, worked a lot better than expected.

I saw a yt vid mixing tofu and eggs, I am considering giving a go tomorrow, to see how that works.

It is and for the first time in life I am considering the addition of gravy. I've been told many times that it's the dogs bollocks.
