Or another way of looking at it is it keeps his thread in the top couple of pages and gets read therefore he may get noticed and accepted into the forum.

I'm self taught at playing the bagpipes, I can't read music sheets an never had a lesson so yea kind of in the sense I'm not perfect at them but I've been told I'm pretty dam good for someone who taught themselves.
