This is true but just discovered I had a luxury almond top stollen left from xmas. Not sure how but anyway just had a very large piece of that. UBD said Feb 24 but it seems and tastes great. If I am not on for the 8.00 clock 'You match' thread I promised you tomorrow night, you know why.

Pretty much any cake is good, but my favourite is birthday cake. By which I mean, the kind of shop bought sponge with jam and white icing I used to get as a child. It’s never quite the same these days!
