I went out for a rehab walk - braved the 'pre-storm' winds and as I passed Waitrose about 5 min away from my return home I decided to treat myself to a bunch of flowers for some self care.

Lovely fragrant hyacinths, tulips and those teeny tiny daffodils whose name escapes me right now. Spring flowers to make me smile and help me look forward to sunnier and brighter times ahead!

Oh i absolutely love this!

I had a nap earlier, when i had been intending to scrub the bathroom, oops. Im currently giving myself a mani/pedi and watching some agatha christie. And trying not to think about having to go back to work in the morning.

I had a nap on the sofa and I’m having pizza for tea - a treat for me - then I’m going to do my full skincare regime. Not just the cleanse tone moisturise, but the serums and ice globes too.
