"I saw online yesterday that there is now a criminal investigation launched. I haven't watched this yet but probably will over the weekend Evie" It's now 2024, the Police investigation started in 2020. In 4 years they have interviewed 2 people (yes......2) and arrested no one. This so called Police investigation will take even longer than the non investigastion by the Post Office itself.

"I have just watched this series on TV … and also the ‘real story’ documentary that followed it. This is genuinely a disgusting story that the Sub postmasters were subjected to by an organisation we have previously thought about as a national institution. Their treatment was outrageous and their struggle is still ongoing to get the recognition they are owed. The CEO, et al, should be held legally accountable for this … and at the very least be stripped of her award. To say she is a lay priest also is unbelievable!! What do you fellow Fabbers think?? R xx" i have said for years that the CEO's of big companies should be held accountable for the crimes of their companies if found guilty should be sacked and lose their pensions and fined and face jail time maybe then the water companies for example would not dump sewage into the rivers and streams ![]() ![]()

Similar rules should be applied to senior managers in industry … though I suspect most of those employed in the city would then swap their pin stripe suits for suits with arrows on them!! R x

"Spent the afternoon watching the drama and could feel the anger rising within me. It’s one of the few times I felt it was a duty to watch it. I truly hope the victims get proper compensation inc loss of earnings and those in charge get prosecuted. " Worst is it's not the first time, apparently happened in the 1990s also judging by sunak

"There is an online petition that seems to be snowballing, calling for the CEO to hand back her CBE! It has nearly 700,000 signatures now - and is growing! I’d better not publish the link, I might get my hands slapped if I did … but it is a 38degrees petition which isn’t hard to search on online. It should be noted, the chap who relentlessly pursued this campaign, was (quite rightly) offered an OBE a while ago, the least he deserves for 20 years unpaid hard work - but he declined it, whilst the CEO has her gong! Maybe we can do something here! R xx" I've signed that ![]()

"I rather hope there are quite a few bastards in Fujitsu who are crapping them selves in their last few weeks of freedom for quite some while" I believe it's winding down operations but yes, they absolutely need to be held accountable for their role in this mess

R xx The government is an evil entity Full stop " While I don't dispute the view, this case has little to do with government and everything to do with the Post Office and Fujitsu. Both covered up the software problem, the Post Office pursued it's own staff to prison, bankruptcy and suicide.
