Yes I try and make mine extra special. From massive juicy praws, to scrumptious crayfish, all the usual salad bits, homemade sauce and three different types of smoked salmon on top.

That is true. I often have the small ones on their own, a baguette and a glass of wine on a Friday night. There are small ones as well as larger ones and the crayfish so plenty of taste in this coctail. Tried and tested
