"I’ve lived with Inflammatory Bowel Syndrome for over 20 years. If I have a period of regular flare ups it can really shred my confidence and make me not want to leave home. " 20 years is a long time to be dealing with that mate, Had colitis from age 14 to 29 till was forced into surgery to remove large intestine (pre cancerous cells showed up on yearly biopsy) after I wish I’d done it sooner a lot but they could never guarantee it was able to be reversed and not stuck with a bag So refused the surgery for many years

Love to the pains xx " Think I applied enough pressure on my upper half so air flew through. It all about posture an imbalance can create sudden changes hence tintinous as air does pass via the ear Thanks mwah xX

"My constant tinnitus is raging at the moment due to a lingering virus. It's permanent.. And I notice how withdrawn it can make me feel, separate and introspective and neurologically exhausted. It affects my plans and life course often .. I suddenly have to go small. It's invisible from the outside. What do you experience that is invisible to others, but affects your life and plans? " That sounds awful. I had chronic pain in my lower back, when younger. Even when numbed up, painkillers or nerve root blocks it just robs you of living your best life. I imagine tinitus , anxiety , depression is similar, you exert so much energy, to cope with it, there’s not much left for things like creativity, adventure , coping isn’t truly living
