I'm always hungry, had meatballs in sauce with pasta, 30 minutes later I had chocolate, now eyeing up the last mince pie, I also have cream in the fridge. I don't want heartburn though...but I love mince pies

I have had it in my head all day that is what I wanted to make for dinner and bought all the ingredients, but then there was a pub, and friends, and I should have hung on till tomorrow

All over

I know lots of people said cheese and apparently certain cheeses aid good and long sleep. On the other hand there are those that believe that eating cheese before bed gives you nightmares. Perhaps you can report back tomorrow
