Although we’re so isolated it’s our neighbour’s children and our little one is with them

Started bang on 5pm and been none stop since, maybe 30 kids so far. The cupboard is now bare so we are hiding in the bedroom but our plan has a hole in it, we ordered takeaway.

Sorry, we've done it for 20 years plus, lights off now and they tend to only go to the lit houses.

Just had two little girls knock. The house is dark with the curtains closed. I think they only knocked as they saw my husband taking out one witch and one avenger on the hunt for sweeties

We ended up having loads of little ghosts and ghoulies knock.

I ended up standing in the garden with my bucket because the dog was getting stressed....a little girl approached me and asked 'is anybody in?' Me being me said said 'I dunno, not knocked yet' she continued to walk up my path and before she could knock I shouted 'tricked ya! It's my house'

Bless her, she didn't look impressed so I gave her two packets of sweets, parents thought it was funny though

Took the battery out the ring doorbell and left sweets on the doorstep

That was our treat to ourselves. Blissfully unaware of who was there and it meant the dog wasn’t barking constantly
