Eggs, bacon (must be crispy), nice qood quality sausages, a grilled tomato with a light sprinkling of oregano and some toast (nice bread) to dip into the egg yolk and some tasty mushrooms but not those slimy button ones . That will do

Absolutely nothing unless the bacon is crispy then you can sling that.

Okay, let’s think about this.

Ayrshire bacon. Stornaway black pudding. Lincolnshire sausages. Poached eggs. Potato scones. A rosti. Couple of roasted tomatoes. Some baked beans. I can live without the mushrooms, unless you want to do them with plenty of thyme and garlic.

So I guess that’s a hybrid full English/Scottish. The best of both worlds.

North of the Border it has to be Stornoway black pudding plus a haggis slice and fruit pudding.

West coast people go for square Lorne sausage but I think it's an abomination and much prefer proper sausages

I love the white if the egg but not the yolk, so most of the time I have to cancel the eggs.

But to be honest it's all about the SAUSAGE a good sausage is the difference between a good full English and it was OK. Some times I think tastless could have just had exta toast.

You have to over the tomato until it collapses on itself, and then it's the lovely, sweet relief against a fatty and savoury dish.

If the bacon isn't proper crispy id probably remove that

I’m with you on the egg yolk, so no eggs for me. I’d also rather have plum tomatoes than beans too.
