Vacuum milkimg systems can get a whole lot more expensive especially when you get to those using modified small holding milkers etc. My understanding is that most of these systems though are used with suction pulsator tubes intended for the male anatomy. I have tried those and it can be anything from mildly pleasurable through to excruciatingly challanging, especially when it is still running on a man who has cum a few times already in the session.

If you want that, nipple suckers are good.They come in different sizes so really best is to get your size right but they work and you can tighten them yourself.

They will make your nipples more sensitive.

These are modular systems using a modified (usually goat) milker attached to transfer lines and then different fittings connecting to the person. The male orientated suction pulsator tubes are considerably longer and wider with a silicone liner inside the rigid tube. A constant vacuum is applied inside the liner and a oscillating vacuum between the liner and outer wall causing the liner to pulsate.

There are a couple of options for nipple use. 'Made for play' nipple cylinder tend to just use the oscillating vacuum line inside a smaller rigid shell. They do also sell reworked dairy milking teats these look to function more like the mini versions of the male pulsator tubes so have a degree of constannt vacuum on the nipple and then a rubber membrane around it that is cause to rhythmically suck the nipple.

I tried an electric breast pump when I had my son, it was awful, sheer torture. I breastfed my son for a year and subsequently my daughter and I have to say my tits are the one part of my body that were radically improved by childbearing, but the discomfort, engorgement, leakage et.c weren’t much fun, not to mention the increased calorific demand on your body whilst lactating.
