A certain policeman in 2013.

Id put up a status that I was all alone in a hotel and he responded. I didnt believe him that he was the local cop so he did a drive by.

It was pretty exciting.

3 hours later he turned up at my room door in full uniform

Our first social meet. Not the best first impressions of each other over a terrible pot of tea in a tearooms that Mrs Misfit suggested (never been back there since). Looked like it was going to be a fail. Then I chanced a kiss and that kiss changed everything. Ended up spending the day together in what can only be described as 3 mini dates and a couple of hot encounters in the car all in one afternoon. Left the last place holding hand in hand. I wish it didn't have end but unfortunately I only had a babysitter till tea time so I had to get home to the kids.

Amazing what a kiss can do.

The rest after that is history as they say

Met for a coffee, she turned up late, stood on my foot and butted me as we went for a ‘hello’ kiss on the cheek.
