Nevee realised there was a debate on this.. I'm just happy with a scone .with Jam and cream

Cream first because it's delightfully thick and viscous, and it stays on the Scone. The jam, because of its weaker consistency, slivers perfectly atop the cream.

Put two together and flip to your preference for whichever on ‘top’

Throw the scones away, they taste like stale lumps of stodge anyway.
