St Albans/ Welsh Borders

I use my local council run gym, it's only been open a few years so it's very modern looking. The gym has a great range of machines and I get a discount on my membership because it's right next door to work

I pay £30 a month and get unlimited gym, unlimited swim and 6 classes a week included

My local independent.

It’s small, cheap, great members, and coaches who are also friends.

That’s an amazing deal! I’ve got a few machines and weights at home, I used to use anytime fitness cos they had boxing classes and a few others included.

It is, without the discount it would be £40 a month which is still super cheap.

I wouldn't have the discipline for weights at home, plus it's a great way to socialise, I've built up a nice friendship group through Zumba

Home

A bit expensive at the start to get all the equipment

But cheaper in the long run as once you got it all no gym membership need

Also no excuse to why not to go to night

Like ooo it’s raining I just leave it to tomorrow

It’s cold I get it the next day

Oooo I got this that and the next thing to do to day I just get it Friday

Damm could possibly have a hot date Friday do you know what I get it Saturday

Ooo I end up staying over at hot dates still there I just get it Monday and so forth

Before you know it it’s been 3 weeks and you say stuff that

There is no getting away from it if you live in a gym

I might have to join a single mums Zumba class haha!!! And everything takes discipline xx

It’s having discipline when you’re thoroughly tired that’s the tough bit

Somewhere

I use JD for 75% of my training. Dumbbells upto 70kg, 8 racks, serves its purpose.

I use a small independent for leg day purely because it has a pendulum squat machine, top tier for leg gains.
