Well I was gonna say 200 years but I don’t know when the razor was invented so I went a bit further back for safety.

Probably split the line in 2 places

Natural = nothing added surgical

Then one step further

Natural = nothing surgical and no or very minimal body mods + makeup. So tattoos, piercings, no makeup/nails/hair colouring

Most people are gonna fall into those categories, and some guys might take it a step further to mean natural = unshaved too, some guys really like that

I doubt anyone is going to include things like brushing your teeth, washing or wearing cloths in those categories
