"Used to belong to a walking group. We would do about 15 to 20 miles once a week. Loved it. Still do love a long walk. It is good for muscles that sit most of the time. Wakes them up. First time.. Power & mobility sessions three times a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (alternating upper and lower body, and cycling through four workouts. So week one is L1, U1, L2; week two is U2, L1, U1, and so on). | |||
