Hey, I dont post much..but got ants in my pants about starting 12 week programme..I'm a chunky guy who had to go through heart surgery 2 years ago(birth defected triggered in 2020) & have been fighting with NHS physios ever since.

But finally once I get a phonecall Monday I'll be heading into the gym to get a tailored programme & be on my way to becoming my former self & then some fingers crossed.

Ahh anyways to anyone who reads this good luck on whatever journey you may be on.

You don't get more 'risk averse' in life than NHS physios I'm afraid, especially the younger ones - like a prof once told me, it's how they are made now. Well done for getting where you are - put as much in your own hands as you can!
