Got most of it off this year. Have worked 18 of the last 25, so it just became something others enjoy.

This year I'm off the week before, and on the day itself.

So making plans for a change.

In holland Saint Nicholas, the saint of children and sailors is celebrated on December 5th/6th.

I celebrated Christmas twice a few times...

In a shop the other day, halloween and Christmas were displayed together.

I be in my new job surrounded by children.. Cannot wait to celebrate.

I can't wait! Going to start my Christmas shopping this week. Looking forward to seeing and spending time with my boys and daughter in law.

At work we finish early on the 21st and I've just booked a Christmas themed afternoon tea for my work team, they don't know it yet, so in the process of making little invites to hand to them as a thank you for their hard work cannot wait

I absolutely love Christmas. I don't go too crazy and stressed about having everything perfect. I just love having my family and friends around. It will always be tinged with some sadness not having my Dad but we'll remember him with some touches that he always enjoyed and is now a precious memory.
