It would be fun to know what makes you happy. Many things makes me happy, from weight training, yoga and learning languages.

But my main passion that I have which makes me the most happy is to paint portraits and landscapes in oil, it is fun

My Zumba class makes me happy, I can get lost in the music and moves alongside exercising and socialising, built up a friendship group just from Zumba! It makes me feel energised and confident.

My Dog makes me happy, he's been poorly and it's amazing seeing him back to his happy healthy self

Work, I love my job, buying little bits like books and things for the little ones to play with makes me happy... I've spent a small fortune this weekend on books and plushie figures to link in with the stories.

The gym and seeing my body change makes me happy. I am still a work in progress and always will be but I am happy with how my body looks for a change

Tbf life in general makes me happy, I can honestly say I feel content right now at this point in my life.
