Most days when I dont have to meet anyone (shorts, T-shirt, baggie jumper or alternatively, trackie bottoms, T-shirt, baggie jumper and dont forget the stubble).

Today I have a Teams meeting, so a work shirt will go over the top of a T-shirt, but otherwise as scruffy as ever.

Tomorrow I have a wedding to attend - I will be dapper tomorrow!

every day of my life.

orrrrrr when 4am delerium hits on a nightshift, you haven't had a break, you haven't had a wee since before your shift started, you have an unsafe patient:staffing ratio, you're sweating, the windows don't open, there are no fans, and the building still has the heating on.
